When CCREP CEO Ronald (pictured below, left) visited Kigongo, an elderly woman in need (pictured below, right, in the background), he learned that the same family who provides shelter for Kigongo is also caring for an orphaned baby.

The lady of the house took in this baby girl who was prematurely born, very emaciated and whose mother had died suffering from tuberculosis when she was barely a month old. Now 4 months old, she is stronger but still small and underweight for her age.

We at CCREP committed to help this little girl by improving her diet with an aim of improving her general health. We also promised to solicit funds for her medical bills and for adequate clothing, to ease the financial burden on the woman who is caring for her.
